Site C Surplus Building Sales

BC Hydro is selling surplus properties that are no longer needed as part of the Site C project. These items are available through a closed bid process.

To submit a bid, email sitecsurplusbuildings@bchydro.com with:

  • The reference number
  • Your bid amount
  • Confirmation you accept the "Purchasers Responsibilities"
  • Any required supporting documentation

Please review the listing details carefully to ensure you meet all sale requirements. All items are sold "as is, where is."

Purchaser responsibilities 

  • Enter into an agreement with BC Hydro with respect to the sale and removal of the building. 
  • Arrange and pay for removal of the building from its current location. 
  • Obtain all permits required for moving the building. 
     

BC Hydro will consider all compliant bids and reserves the right to select the bid that best meets its requirements. Selection may be based on several factors, including bid price and the purchaser's proposed removal schedule.
