The board of directors for the BC Hydro Peace Agricultural Compensation Fund (Ag Fund) has approved $1 million in funding for two projects in the Peace region.

The grant recipients include the North Pine Farmers Institute (NPFI), approved for $770,000 which is the single largest approval of the Ag Fund thus far, and Optimum Grain Inc., approved for $230,000.
