BC Hydro is selling surplus properties that are no longer needed as part of the Site C project. These items are available through a closed bid process.
If you're interesting in bidding for an item, please email sitecsurplusbuildings@bchydro.com to indicate your interest, your bid price and the reference number, and to send any required documentation. Please check the descriptions carefully to make sure you've met all the requirements for the sale. Some properties are only available through the designated broker for that property. All items are being sold as is.
