Yes. A 1,600-person worker accommodation lodge has been built.
The Site C lodge features single-occupancy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, television and Wi-Fi services. Workers have access to a movie theatre, spiritual centre, hair salon, coffee shop, games room, convenience store, a full gym with fitness classes and personal training programs, and a managed lounge. In addition, the lodge has its own health clinic which provides Site C workers with access to primary and preventative health care, along with work-related injury evaluation and treatment.

Hiring for the Site C project is being done by the companies awarded contracts to build Site C. While contractors are doing their own employee recruitment, BC Hydro is facilitating hiring by listing the successful contractors in the Job Opportunities section of the website, along with their contact information. We encourage you to send your resume to these companies.
Job opportunities with the Site C project are also posted on the WorkBC and Employment Connections websites. Please visit the Employment Connections website and click on the 'Site C Jobs' button on the right side to see all available opportunities.
